Three Boston City Councilors will call for an oversight hearing at Wednesday's meeting to check in on the progress an ordinance promising more women, people of color, and Boston residents opportunities to work on construction projects financed by the city.
Boston City Councilors Lydia Edwards, Kim Janey, and Ayanna Pressley said they will call for a hearing and introduce an ordinance that seeks to ensure the city follows through on the standards set in the Boston Residents Jobs Policy Ordinance.
